Belly bands are little boy diapers. It's a band that goes around his middle to cover his 'manhood'.
You just stick a kotex pad in there to catch the pee. It's great for when you're visiting friends/family and you don't want him having a pee accident! It won't help with training though. Some YT members make them...see the thread
