i am soo sorry, i hope your knee and pride is getting better, kind had something similar happen to me on a smaller scale, Rosi , Poli and me where going to my G-daughters soccer game(outside) and we had to go down several flights of cement steps when Rosi and Poli spotted my daughter, they took off like rockets and fell down the steps scrapping my legs, felt like an idiot..... letting these little pull me down...laughing about it now
