A new house is new territory. I would suggest that you keep her confined to one small area only in your new home. Somewhere near a door out into the yard, which I assume is fenced? It is easy to let her out that way.
You can keep some wee wee pads down in the area you have her. It can be a kitchen whatever, where the flooring is linoleum, not carpet.
You can put a wee wee pad outside to start to get her used to the idea to potty outside.
In most cases, a new home will mean you will have to start over again but she should progress quickly since she was already doing so well.
