He is beautiful!! I hope you find a good loving home for him. I am sorry you aren't able to keep him.
May I ask why you don't want to take him to Tennessee? Many people travel by car on vacations etc with their little yorkies and they do just fine during the trip. As long as you would be able to stop for him to have potty breaks etc then the move to TN shouldn't be a rough trip for him.
