In my local newspaper there is an ad for a female silky terrier, does not say how old it is just says a puppy and that it looks just like a yorkie, and the phone number. My question is (I know there have been previous threads about this but I cant find any) what are the main differences between them and a yorkie? How much in price due they vary from a yorkie? I looked them up some and I seen that it says there coats are different and there standard weight is 8-11 pounds. My hubby remembers before people saying something about the colors of there eyes when you take a pic(maybe this has nothing to due with what I am talking about) but just wondering, plus does anyone have a silky and a yorkie pic that i could see the difference in, if at all? I have not called yet, will in the morning, even though it is probably already sold, THANKS!
