I can understand her not wanting people to come to her home but it does make you wonder. I hope you've done a lot of research and know what to look for in a yorkie. There are so many people who don't and they end up with a dog who has qualities far from the standard.
Dogs bond with new owners at any age. Many people adopt senior rescues and they don't have problems. One advantage with a older puppy is you have a much better idea of his adult size. How many people have bought a puppy with the assurance that he'll only be 5 pounds but by the time he's done growing, he's a 15 pounder! Nothing wrong with that, but can be a bit dissappointing if that wasn't what you wanted.
I hope I remember to check back here. I'm sure we'll all be waiting to see who you come home with! |
