Also, just because a dog is house broke at one house does not mean he will be at your house. New home, new rules, they tend to have to learn all over again. Some people say they are house broke when they really aren't.

Darn good questions there for sure! Nobody that has been raising yorkies for 30 years, wants to meet someone at a pet shop!

Oh, my breeder also said mine "knew" to go outside. Oh did I find that NOT to be true, lol.

You might have a dog broker instead of a breeder there. I would definitely want a health guarantee for sure!
