I say hoo hoo too. However, Self Rinse helps with this problem or using diaper wipes after she goes, at least until her coat grows. Trimming the hoo hoo string in my opinion is not a good idea, as it directs the flow to the ground, what is happening is she's dragging her hind end through it as she walks away
