I just tried it - it's a full version of Jasc animation 3 - (partner to Paint Shop Pro) (who I think was bought by Corel and no longer offeres the free PSP 7 I had posted about in the past) -
if you want to learn animation - click here to download the program - there are tons of tutorials on the net to use this program - I have it myself but use Photoshop -
