you can just use those little clippers and shave the top third and then fold the ear in half and take scissors and trim the excess hair off of the edges and they should come up just fine. You will want to keep the hair off of them too while she the muscles are developing. I just read this in Janet Jackson's (YTCA) Yorkie Book that if you don't get them up by 12 weeks you could have a had time ever getting them up. When I saw Bunny in her pics from the breeder at 7 weeks though her ears hadnt been shaved yet and now they are up like two little horns on top of her head!
