Oh no !!! I'm so sorry and it's not hopeless - when we love them we have to do all we can to help them...
I want to wish you all the best and a speedy recovery for her. I know some people don't understand how we are with our dogs but they're alot like our children for some people ....
My son just went thru a similar experience this morning - his little guy getting better was all that mattered - We didn't have the money up front either - but you can finance it and pay the balance in payments which is what we're doing - so it CAN be done ....His little guy was operated on this morning for a broken back - they said it was a success
