Poor guy
I'm glad that your vet is great and you trust him with Alfie's life. There's a lot of vets out there that aren't necessarily bad, they just aren't very knowledgeable about toy breeds. Since Alfie did so well with the dental surgery, I'm sure he'll be fine with the neutering as well.
I hope that you didn't take my post as harsh, or that I was knocking your vet, it's just that I've been hurt dearly by a vet's mistakes and I hate to see anyone else have to endure that
