My husband was a radiologist and I worked in radiology for more than 20 years --- and I have never heard of a Morgan line. In fact, I am still doing some work in Radiology and have about 20 radiology books in front of me - and I can't find that term anywhere.
Also - you mentioned that your vet is sending the films to a neurologist - do you mean a "radiologist?" This would make more sense.
Anyway - since your dog is so young - be sure and let us know what you eventually find out.....and how things work out.
