You're using USB cable right?
I can't remember what it's called, but it is under "devices with removable storeage" One might be your E drive, and the other should be your USB. Click on that, and you just gotta browese the folders in it. I know for mine theres like 2 folders I gotta go through.
What type of camera do you have?
