Every dogs hair grows at a different rate. When Roxy was about 15 months old her hair almost touched the ground. Now it is short bc we cut it when she had pups. I'm hoping since it only took her 15 mo the first time to grow it that long that that is all it takes this time. You could try using Missing link I hear it works miracles.
