Not to pick on DivaPup, but this is exactly what I was referring to when I commented earlier that most business establishments are ignorant as to what the law actually says and most people have the misconception that it is only for seeing eye dogs. This is not the case. Any dog who is trained to aid a disabled person in any way to lead a more normal life qualifies under this federal law and it takes precedence over any local or state ordinances or health codes.
