Some of your dogs may have tapeworms already, might want to have them dewormed as a precaution.....not the whelping mom though. But, have a fecal done on her so that the vet can help you with what measures to take.
I use Bio-Groom Flea and Tic shampoo on dogs that have a problem. I strongly suggest that you put a topical on the rest of the dogs (not whelping mom though).

Bombing your house is a good step, but the yard must be treated too.......
and done again in a month.
