the saddest thing is no one is caring about the welfare of these poor dogs - if they're sick - they're sold anyway, and those people don't care if they live or die. I also think this is a big reason parvo is becoming such a bad problem - these poor dogs are NOT vaccinated ....

is doing a good job. and that statement could have been left out of your post. Situations could be way worse. People are not going to stop buying puppies for this price but the people who are treating these animals this way
will pay in the end God is looking down on them and he is not pleased with their behavior.
