I haven't heard of a dish that will stay warm. But I go through this with Jaxon every day. We actually microwave his canned food for 10 seconds before giving it to him. He won't eat it otherwise!!
I can thank my mom for this - she always heats the food for her Maltese and when we went to visit for a week, she did the same for Jaxon. Little guy got used to it and we had to keep it up.
