You're right on all counts except I DID count for traffic - the way I drive I probably can make it to Katy in less than 20
and houston DOES suck with traffic
I've been here long enough to to know when and where I can go at certain times but it's really a pain.
Old Town Katy has grown so much I bet they do have something now
