I have some very sad news.
Daisy is very sick. She has liver disease. I don't know why this wasn't discovered before but Nicole just found out a few days ago (which explains why she wasn't at work). Daisy has been staying at the animal hospital and is in critical condition. The vet said she has only a 20% chance of surviving.
As you can imagine, Nicole is devastated.
I'm going to go with Nicole tonight after work to visit little Daisy. Even though she belongs to Nicole, I feel like she's part mine too because of everything I went through to save her from her original horrible owners.
PLEASE keep this little angel in your prayers. She is just so young and she had such a terrible life up until Nicole adopted her. This poor baby truly DESERVES a long, happy future.
