Nope not that sort of scam email but I'm always receiving emails from lawyers in Africa that have millions they need to get out of the country because someone, one of their clients, just died tragically and I will get a portion if I will help them and of course they always include how legal it is. Yeah right! But I'll be on the look out for the kind you mentioned.
