My Stomper would go pee on the pads but poop on the floor! I've heard they don't like doing them both in the same spot! Keep trying...eventually Stomper got it down right. However, I suggest putting the pad near the backyard door. Then, once she is good on the pad, start bringing her outside to go instead. She will get it. Stomper is 6 months old and is now potty trained. The doggy door has made our lives SO much easier. I recommend it to those that have larger yorkies. My guy is 10 pounds and loves the freedom. Also, remember to reward when you catch your baby going in the right place. I STILL reward Stomper when I see him "doing his business" outside. I'll probably do that until he is 1 years old! Why not?!!!
