Hello Everyone!! My husband and I are first time puppy owners. We got Harley on Sunday 12/10/2006, he is 10 weeks old. We have been keeping him in his crate at night and during the day while we are at work. I want to know how long a puppy should stay in his crate. The vet said he will be ok at night to be in his crate. He has been really good about it too. He has had no accidents in the crate.
I feel bad because I leave the little guy in there from 8:30-5:30 during the day. My mom is going to my house today to let him out around 1 to go potty and get some water. Am I keeping him in his crate to long?
