YIKES! I didn't realize she was that young and that tiny. OP, please have your emergency vet numbers on hand. Get her x-rayed no sooner than day 55 to determine how many and how large the pups will be. You may be looking at a c-section so start saving your money since they can be very pricy. Also, if it does result in a section, I'd go ahead and get her spayed.
I, too, hope for an easy delivery but she is just too tiny and the male does look bigger than she.
