I agree. In this case the parents are definitely the ones to blame since they were not even keeping an eye on that poor baby. Leaving a baby unsupervised with a Pit Bull running around the house is just stupid. Some people have NO brains what-so-ever.
They were just ASKING for it. That poor, poor baby...this made me CRINGE. It is just AWFUL
