My toy poodle hates clothes, bows and all the pretty girly stuff. However, she LOVES to get groomed and her hair clipped (she loves the pom pom) She loves her nails polished too!

When she comes back from the groomers all dolled up with her pretty bows and stuff...........she is super CONCEITED
She walks like she is all that and a bag of chips, her nose up in the air, and people just tell her she is so pretty and that's what she wants...........lol
After the commotion is all over she will tear her bows off and be herself again I think it might be because she is black and gets hot easily........who knows
She does wear coats and a scarf. When she starts feeling the cold.......she will happily wear it........lol


My boy the yorkie...........LOVES clothes. He will sit still and let me dress him up. He doesn't mind me combing his hair and putting a band on his head......he's just so sweet.
The first time I put a belly band on him though, he'd rub against everything trying to take it off and was successful. He's had them for a week now and has become accustomed to them

Try a light piece of clothing on your boy (like a jersey). The one my boy has is super light and fresh. Don't put on snug or tight fitting clother or too loose either. Try anything that makes him feel comfortable and see how he does. Keep the shirt on all day and practice taking it off and on...........see if he tolerates it and/or becomes accustomed to it
