I agree. It is a great rule that puppies should not go to new homes until they are atleast 10 weeks old but it takes awhile sometimes to sell and find the perfect homes for the puppies. I think it should be where you can advertise puppies under 10 weeks only if it is agreed that they don't leave for their homes until they are atleast 10 weeks. |
