Adding my prayers for your little guy's swift recovery. I like the name T.O. you can make it mean whatever fits his current mood or situation.

Ticked Off, Time Out, Take Off
Tame Otter, Trick Out, Tore Off
Too Obstinate, Tiny One, Too Onery
Two Options, Total Omnificence, Top Oner
and on and on and on...... see what fun you two will have with this name? I am praying he will be home with you soon!
