agreed. Yorkies dont react well to yelling & punishment. If you are using peepads I would press it down on the pee to get the sent on it & then put a little piece of poo on it, place the pad where you want the dog to go. show him/her let them smell it & reward with nice talk & pets. clean the spot up on the carpet. I always say ewwww if they have a accident. But I rescue & even adults always have one accident the first day. If its a boy get belly bands or tie a long sock around him. barkindogclothes.com have the cheapest diapers. Congratulations & remember rewarding good behavior will have a much faster effect then punishing bad.
