Hi Guys,

I have a 4 year old female yorkie, ZheZhe. We got her 2 years ago. She was 9 lbs. After the first year, she went in for her yearly check up and had gain 2 lbs. Her vet suggested that he would like for us to keep her under 10 lbs. Well, the secret was let out that her daddy, whom she spends all day with, was giving her more than her allowed treats. So, we put her on a diet. We changed her food to a low carb, low fat food. She loves it. and has lost so far a pound and a few ounces in a 8 months time. Her food is Preimum Edge Weight Management II. And we also switched her treats to Old Mother Hubbard's Couch Potatoe Treats, and is going for 20 minute walks every day. So this is helping. But she still sometimes acts likes she's starving. But I know this is better for her. Good luck.
