I agree..customer service is everything! This weekend while at work I had 2 people complain to me about the customer service they recieve while there! They didn't have a problem with me and were happy that I greeted them and helped them, but weren't happy about the others. How sad is that...and I'm like the newest employee there and I'm just a sales associate.
