Yorkies are known to retain their baby teeth, sometimes double rowing them. Good time and age to have them removed is when the permanent canines, I pretty much watch the bite and if I see it going off, I'll take them in and have the vet check them.

As far as breeding her it is usually best to wait until 18 months or 2nd Season. You need to watch her maturity development. Yes, their personality changes a bit when they're in Season, they get real loving and kind of silly......somewhat losing their brain cells.
