Default Funny thing. . .

When I had my last litter, I was concerned because I didn't get the "flood" of calls that I was told I would probably get, people wanting to buy them, put deposits on them to "save one for" them. Anyway, don't get me wrong, they all were sold by 11 weeks old, and all went to WONDERFUL homes. Could not have asked for better homes for my babies.

Here's what's funny, if you will: since I sold my last pup, I have had call after call after call, and even my mentor called me to see if I had any pups available. I even have 2 people on a "wait list", wanting me to call them as soon as my next litter is born.

Now, how strange is that? But, as I'm typing this, I'm now thinking that maybe the influx of calls is because people are wanting "Christmas pups". . . You think? If that's the case, then I'm actually GLAD I didn't have any available. The whole "I want to give my kids a pup for Christmas" scares me, since it's a 15-18 year commitment, not just a "SURPRISE!!!" on Christmas morning.

Ok, thanks for letting me yak your ears off!
