but you know what? small dogs, esp cute lil yorkies, are fashion's biggest accessory. so why can't we shop and bring the little guys, they are part of the oufit
. most of the time dogs this size are in a bag or in a person's arms. it seems really silly and most people loove seeing a puppy.
and i agree that charlotte russe has really cute stuff, but i've rarely experienced good customer service. I worked in a boutique for awhile and we always prided ourselves about customer service. b/c if you have had someone who's really helped you find something that you LOVE and not pressured you into buying, like a lot of sales people, its something you'll wear over and over again.
