I think you might have to control her feedings and measure her kibble. Maybe a fourth of a cup of kibble twice a day and thats it. My vet told me that me girl needs to be on a diet to and I am do it this way although I don't think I am succeding because I always give into letting her have table scraps because I feel so bad.
