 New mom getting 2nd pup!

I recently joined this forum, and I posted a couple of weeks ago about how I had just gotten by lovely Teddy from a breeder on 9/14/06. He's adjusting so nicely with me and my boyfriend. As a result, my breeder emailed me saying she had another litter that was going to be available. Of course I wanted to get Teddy a playmate, so I shelled out the money and bought Theresa (Terrie). My question is how hard is it dealing with 2 puppies at once? Theresa was on on 10/20/06.. so she's real close in age with Teddy. I don't even plan on breeding them.. so do you think its a good idea to get them both fixed? Anyone with two yorkies.. please let me know what I should be expecting (other than the cost of the vet bills). Should I be buying more toys? Help!
