I made a chicken tortilla soup last night and tonight I made us a Taco Salad. We are big stir fry fans. I'm not sure if you have a Trader Joe's near you, but they have this great frozen stir fry veggie bag with the sauce included in it. I love stir fry nights -- I know I'll have left overs for work the next day.
