I don't really know much about trachea collapse but did you try doing a seach on YT. I remember others had this problem. Go to "search" and type it in. I know some breeder will see this and reply or you could send a pm to a few.
I hope Kikko will recover quickly. It was good that you took Kikko to ER Vet.
