I just had Kasey's two "curly fangs" pulled -- they're on top, directly adjacent to her adult fangs. I guess it's not unusual that they didn't fall out, and the vet said it would've been ideal to have taken them out when she was spayed last year, but we didn't know it then.

In any case, one of the reasons we pulled them was because those crowded fangs were the one spot where she was getting food stuck. So I'm glad to have them out. She recovered quickly, and was back to her usual self by the next morning.

I've been reading on this site about various gels and liquids you can put into the dog's water or directly on her teeth to help keep them clean.
