Our girls use indoor 'potty pads' complete with a 'Diaper' disposal system year round, but if we were to take them out at all we'd be "pickers" also.
Its so rude and unsanitary not to mention the nasty organisms that are spread by not picking up.
Lets insist on a new law " PICK IT or TICKET "...............
