She didn't give you her records or papers yet?? You should have had that when you got her....but if she's not a breeder maybe she didn't know. Did you sign anything? I usually let the groomer or the vet clip his nails...Im to afraid too.
To post pics, when you are typing in a message there is a paperclip in the toolbar at the top, its near the fonts, sizes, and the smiley face. Click on that and a box will pop up to prompt you to add the files. Click on browse to upload the photos. Hope this helps!
