Then my brother was like "I don't even wanna know about him, I don't even want to see him because as soon as I come in I can already smell the piss", which is not true. The house is always clean. So I guess it's my brother that doesn't really like dogs and now my mom heard him say that and he put some stuff in her head. But my mom loves dogs and loves Teddy. When I first got him she even wanted one for herself! I even put a thread up for her looking for a female dog because she asked me to. Now I don't know what happened. I guess ppl can influence you to change your mind. And it's funny because when my brother's ex had a yorkie he was IN LOVE with him. Then they broke up. Maybe the anger that they broke up made him stop liking them? He even said before that he wants a pitbull and he doesn't like MY YORKIE??? Teddy is too cute! He was even planning on adopting a pitbull from his precint, that was rescued from being a fighting dog, but sadly they had to put the dogs to sleep.

To me it sounds like your brother is just bitter, it could be because yorkies remind him of his ex, or maybe because the dog he was going to adopt had to be put down. Hopefully one day he'll learn to love Teddy
