Well, I hope you DO give him a good home, he certainly deserves it! Sounds like he's had a sad history in his short life, and I hope his days of being "rejected" are over.
If you hang around you will see that a LOT of us have a LOT of different "kinds" of yorkies here, and that when we say one isn't "breeding quality", that is of NO reflection on their value as an adorable and loving pet.
Lots of people rescue dogs and spend a whole lot more money on them than you have so far. Maybe that's how you should look at him....as your "rescue" project. That might make you feel better about the money you spent. Because giving an animal the love and care they deserve is priceless.
