It certainly seems like it, and I'm sorry if our comments about his lack of breeding quality seemed like insult on top of injury---I'm sure you're still stinging from the experience. To be honest, though, I really was trying to be nice in my initial observation, because really, he just looks like a "mutt" to me.
And although it didn't occur to me to wonder if he was being kept outside, I see why some got that impression. You have to admit, he's looking VERY scraggly and unkept in those pictures. Hopefully soon you'll have him all cleaned up and pampered and loved.

Well there are no standards written for parti colored yorkies, but since they come from traditional colored, parti gene carrying, yorkies, I would guess if there was a standard it would be the same as the traditional colored yorkies.
