You are supposed to take the tick into your vet to be tested for Lyme disease.

I would get both of your babies on Frontline Plus right away...b/c it protects from fleas and ticks.

I would also spray your carpets and furnature (I room at a time with Raid Flea and Tick). Don't let the babies back in the room until it is dry and the smell is gone.
