Your babies are beautiful! Our puppy school instructor said when she had puppies in the house, she would put a shortish ex-pen around the base of the tree, then set the presents inside of it. It made everyone's holidays more merry! The other suggestion was to use an indoor invisible fence around the base of the tree.
