Rocky also was cryptorchid (one testical) and they definitly need to be nuetered! Not only to prevent them from reproducing, but if that testicle never drops (and if it hasn't yet it probably won't), it can cause cancer in your baby. Does your breeder not know that?
There are many sites about this, and tons of information on this site a lone. Get some references about the cancer, and how this negatively affects the pups health. Show it too her, then see what she has to say. Maybe even call her vet and see what they say...would she go against what her own vet says?
Then find out what she is selling the pet quality pups for, and ask for a refund so you only pay what she charges for them.
I hope all works out for you. Despite what happens with this ignorant breeder, atleast you got yorkie love out of this!
