Just a question. Does this woman have show dogs. If not, you should probably not expect to get a show quality dog from her.
You can't just buy any dog and show it. One testicle will disqualify them from the show ring, and his size surely does not make him a candidate for breeding. If she were interested in the breed, she would not encourage you to breed him
I guess you have to chalk it up to experience. Live and learn. Get the little guy neutered, and research your breeders before you purchase a dog for show. Get to know the breed better so you know what to look for. YT is a good place to start.
With all of those litters at one time, I doubt that she is breeding for quality. Not that, that makes her a bad person, just not a show breeder. |
