I am not sure what to do...i would like some advice...
I bought my little boy at 8 weeks, with the intention of showing and later on breeding....the lady that i got him from seemed to be nice, but had 2 litters, and another one on the way...
I have been in contact with her since i bought Mac, he is now 10months old..he is very small, he is just under a kilo, about 2lbs, and he only has one testicle, and he has retained his baby teeth.
My vet thinks that it would be a good idea if maybe they run a series on blood tests on him, liver, kidney, and growth hormone before anything more is done...his teeth need to be removed, and he needes to be castrated for sure.
I have been in touch with this lady, and she has said to me that i should return to dog to her if i am not happy, and she will give me my money back, i told her that is not a option as i love this little dog, and he loves me, why would i want to do that to him now.....and anyway, he stills needs to have these tests done...i have asked her for half of my money back, as he is just going to be a pet now, and showing and breeding is also no longer an option.
she basically said that a monorchid dog is fine to use, and that there is nothing wrong with him and my vet is just seeing pound signs, and that she has nothin more to say to me, and that is her decision, and that is final...
She has litter after litter after litter, everytime i have rang her, their has either been a litter, or one about to have a litter....i am really worried about the whole thing...its a nitemare.
can anybody offer any advice...
